THE MAIN LABORATORY OF MIRCO DELLA VECCHIA

With the end of 2010, it was moved from the historic headquarters in Limana to the new and more performing headquarters in Sospirolo (Belluno), in the Sass Muss area, always in the heart of the Dolomites.

The factory is divided into 3 production units, one for the transformation of cocoa beans, one for the processing of chocolate and finally a brand new biscuit factory where an original and exclusive recipe is prepared, prepared by master Mirco Della Vecchia with shortcrust pastry: instead of cow’s milk there is a portion based on cocoa butter, strictly handmade. 

The new factory, located in the heart of the Belluno Dolomites Park, is a concentrate of architecture and functionality.
